Universal Banker

Renasant Bank is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Universal Banker to join our team. As a Universal Banker, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by providing a complete range of retail banking services to meet the needs of our customers.

• Drive customer engagement and deepen relationships through the execution of our customer engagement model.
• Meet sales and service performance goals by developing and expanding new and current customer relationships.
• Collaborate with lines of business partners to create a seamless customer experience and fulfill financial needs.
• Champion digital delivery in branch and provide customers with digital conveniences and on-demand solutions.
• Respond to customer feedback and make recommendations to improve the customer experience.
• Ensure proper documentation and minimize documentation exceptions.
• Perform teller responsibilities and execute daily operations.
• Protect the bank from unnecessary risk and maintain confidentiality and security of customer information.

• High school diploma or equivalent, college education preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year related customer experience and sales experience required.
• Minimum of 1 year teller and/or cash handling experience preferred.
• Strong dedication and motivation to achieving sales, service, and operational results.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow stated bank customer sales and service standard processes.
