Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in office administration, customer service, and effective communications.
  • Strong skills in the use of computers and software programs, including SharePoint, Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to analyze data and reach logical conclusions, develop narrative and statistical reports, and assess legislative information.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in office administration, customer service, and effective communications with high-level government officials, international representatives, employees, and public citizens.
  • Knowledge of the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) and small purchase charge card (SPCC) management and policies.
  • Combination of training, experience, or education in Business Administration or related field.
