About the Job

We're looking for a skilled Strategic Field Sales Professional to expand our team at Courser. As a seasoned sales expert, you'll leverage your passion for delivering top-notch customer experiences to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets.

Salary Estimate

The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately $125,000, dependent on experience and location. You'll be responsible for building lasting relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs, and crafting tailored solutions to meet those needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Customer Engagement: Build strong connections with clients, engaging them to comprehend their specific needs, goals, and challenges.
  • Solution Development: Design and deliver personalized solutions that cater to client requirements, showcasing the value of Courser's offerings.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop extensive knowledge of our products and services, staying current with industry trends to offer cutting-edge solutions.
  • Client Training: Deliver comprehensive training sessions to equip clients with the necessary skills to utilize our products effectively.
  • Internal Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather client feedback and drive product enhancements.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Generate and maintain accurate documentation for proposed solutions, outlining technical specifics, implementation strategies, and pricing details.
  • Post-Sale Support: Provide ongoing assistance to clients post-sale, ensuring seamless integration and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Continual Education: Stay updated on the latest product releases, technological advancements, and industry best practices to incorporate these insights into solution design.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2-5 years of experience in outside sales, field sales, or a similar role, preferably within the specified industry.
  • A proven history of achieving or surpassing sales objectives and generating substantial revenue.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the capacity to establish and sustain long-lasting client partnerships.
  • Organizational proficiency and effective time management skills, allowing for efficient workflow and prioritization of tasks.
  • Motivation, resilience, and a results-oriented mindset, coupled with a strong desire for success and achievement.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office Suite.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the designated territory.
