Strategic Partnerships Manager

**About Us:** At Direcstaff, we are a leading provider of innovative solutions for the iGaming industry.
The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
As our iGaming Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing relationships with key customers and coordinating with internal teams to support sales and customer service processes. This includes planning, prospecting, negotiating commercial agreements, and facilitating game releases.
**Key Responsibilities:*
- Manage customer accounts and develop strategic partnerships
- Negotiate new commercial agreements and maintain existing ones
- Represent the company at trade shows and product demonstrations
- Facilitate game releases and updates to customer portals
- Support new market entry strategies and special projects
**Qualifications:** To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or related fields (or equivalent experience). A minimum of 3 years' experience in iGaming, preferably in casino management, is also required. Strong communication skills, intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to travel up to 30% are essential.
