Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Resident Service Specialist to join our team at Hunt Military Communities. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our residents, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for resident inquiries, providing timely and professional responses to all requests.
  • Coordinate and assist with resident requests, ensuring seamless communication and resolution.
  • Assist in maintaining the overall appearance of the community, including the office, amenities, model homes, and community spaces.
  • Administer move-in and move-out processes, including lease documents and home inspections.
  • Monitor rental account balances and ensure accuracy in Yardi.
  • Conduct follow-up phone calls to residents to ensure satisfaction with work orders.
  • Participate in monthly functions to enhance resident retention.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Experience working with computers and office software, including email, word processing, and internet browsers.
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills, with ability to communicate effectively with residents and team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities and deadlines.
