The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering specialized instructional support to students identified with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) who exhibit behavioral and social/emotional challenges.
This role involves working collaboratively within resource rooms and inclusive classroom settings, ensuring that each student's unique needs are met through tailored educational strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct instructional services to students with diverse learning needs.
- Collaborate with fellow educators and special education staff to develop and implement effective teaching plans.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the assessment and evaluation processes.
- Engage with students in a manner that promotes positive behavioral and emotional development.
