Role Summary: As a vital member of our educational team, you will ensure a clean, safe, and stimulating learning environment for children. Your responsibilities will include implementing educational programs, conducting assessments, and planning lessons. Our staff collaborates closely with families to foster school readiness for all.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation of curriculum.
- Maintain a safe and sanitary environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service to families.
Qualifications:
- A High School diploma or GED is required.
- Experience with preschool-aged children is preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
Position Details:
This is a full-time role, requiring 40 hours per week during the academic year. Eligible for unemployment benefits during the summer break.
Compensation: Starting pay is a minimum of $15.20 per hour, with potential for higher pay based on qualifications. Full benefits are included, with additional compensation available for bilingual candidates (Spanish/English).
Additional Information: All candidates will undergo pre-employment background checks, including criminal history, child abuse and neglect, and driving records. A valid driver's license and a good driving record are mandatory. Pre-employment drug testing, TB screening, and a physical examination are also required.
