Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Systems Installation Specialist to join our team at PROTECTION TECHNOLOGIES, LLC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing and repairing alarm wiring and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and program advanced security systems, including CCTV, Access, Locks, Intercom, Fire, and security systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues with security systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability
  • Identify potential security risks and provide effective solutions to protect our clients' assets
  • Conduct routine preventative maintenance on security systems to ensure they operate at peak efficiency
  • Monitor and manage inventory of service parts to minimize downtime and maximize productivity
  • Install and integrate all Low Voltage Systems, including hardware and software components

Requirements:

  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and handle physical workload with ease
  • Previous experience in security installation, maintenance, wire running, carpenter, IT, Access, CCTV, or other related fields
  • Familiarity with hand and power tools, as well as advanced security systems and technologies
  • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills, with attention to detail and a commitment to quality
  • OSHA 30 and SST certifications are a plus
