Key Responsibilities:


  • Assess new high-voltage engineering projects for viability
  • Develop and design innovative high-voltage connection systems
  • Work with customers to find best-fit solutions
  • Identify high-voltage connector design options
  • Develop custom solutions and modify existing connectors
  • Establish structured development documentation
  • Design, write, and conduct functional and validation testing
  • Support sales with Business Development activities

Requirements:


  • Advanced Engineering Degree (Mechanical/Mechatronic or equivalent)
  • Minimum 5 years experience in high-voltage connector systems development
  • Experience designing or specifying high-voltage connectors
  • Knowledge of Six Sigma/Design for Six Sigma methodology
  • Experience with product lifecycle management tools and 3D CAD systems
