Role Overview:

The Sales Associate position is vital to the overall success and effectiveness of the store. This role requires a strong commitment to our brand values while delivering exceptional service to our customers and achieving results. You will be responsible for maintaining Coach's Service and Selling Models, ensuring a positive first impression, fostering ongoing customer relationships through personalized experiences, and leaving a lasting positive impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Duties:

  • Completes daily tasks without compromising service quality or brand standards.
  • Maintains store cleanliness and visual merchandising in accordance with Coach standards.
  • Ensures the sales floor is organized and well-stocked.
  • Adheres to retail policies and procedures, including POS and Asset Protection protocols.
  • Assists with inventory management and stock replenishment.
  • Supports cash-wrap operations as needed.
  • Processes customer transactions efficiently.
  • Organizes store areas and maintains visual merchandising expectations.

Qualifications:

  • Flexible availability to meet business needs, including evenings and weekends.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a luxury retail environment preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with customers and team members.
  • Ability to navigate the sales floor and stockroom effectively.
  • Physical capability to lift and carry products as needed.

Job Type: Part-time, 10 to 20 hours per week

Compensation: Starting at $15.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 4 - 8 hour shifts
  • Day and evening shifts available
  • Weekend availability required
