We are seeking a talented Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Atlanta. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for setting sales strategies and objectives, identifying sales targets, and evaluating the team's sales performance to help us achieve our sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create sales reports and present them to the team, outlining sales efforts, progress, and sales volume to determine future goals.
  • Lead the sales team by setting individual sales plans, identifying targets, and assigning territories.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and objectives to meet our sales goals.
  • Evaluate the team's sales performance and provide guidance for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and manage complaints to ensure we meet their needs.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales management, preferably as a sales executive or leader in the sales department.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
  • A proven track record of sales success.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • High motivation and strong communication skills.
