We are seeking a skilled EMT/Paramedic to join our Corporate Occupational Health Services team in Reading, PA. As a full-time EMT/Paramedic, you will work collaboratively across various functional teams, employment levels, and internal/external partners to provide onsite medical support and education on safety standards and requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain internal/external relationships and partnerships to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Assist with injury and illness case management, safety, and OSHA record keeping to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Document and manage information using electronic medical records software and other tools to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
- Provide on-site evaluation and treatment of minor non-occupational medical conditions using first aid measures.
- Check and monitor vital signs and biometrics to ensure employee health and well-being.
Requirements:
- A minimum of an AA Degree.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Ability to understand some Spanish, with bilingual skills preferred, as 75-80% of staff is Latino.
- A minimum of two years of case management experience.
- Occupational health experience is a plus.
