Position Overview

The Evergreen Center is currently looking for a Residential Support Specialist who will be responsible for executing tailored instructional activities and therapeutic programs as outlined in the Individual Support Plans.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the case of one individual, ensuring comprehensive support.
2. Collect and document data related to the daily performance of individuals within the Adult Supports Division, focusing on specific instructional and behavioral objectives.
3. Oversee instructional activities both in residential and community environments.
4. Ensure the health and safety of individuals assigned to the residence is consistently monitored.

Incentive: $2,000 Sign-On Bonus

Available Shifts:
Thurs/Fri 2:30 PM - 11:30 PM; Sat 8:30 AM - 11:30 AM
