Residential Counselor

Job Summary

Open Sky Community Services is seeking a Residential Counselor to support individuals with developmental disabilities in a group living environment. The successful candidate will provide guidance, support, and perform various levels of activities of daily living to ensure the health, safety, and well-being of individuals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and daily implementation plans.
• Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of individuals and the general cleanliness and safety of the physical site.
• Assist individuals to access and/or provide transportation.
• Review and complete all required documentation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent, required.
• Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and being open to new opportunities.
