Qualifications:

You possess a minimum of 3+ years of experience in wireless telecommunications or a related field.
A two-year vocational degree in a technical discipline or military equivalent is preferred.
You can read and interpret site plans, construction drawings, and Statements of Work (SOW).
You have strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office is essential.
You have operational knowledge of interconnecting circuits, including T1, T3, and microwave radio.
A valid driver's license and compliance with the company motor vehicle policy are required.
You understand basic RF Engineering, Radio Frequency theory, and principles of Electricity and Electronics.
You are open to giving and receiving constructive feedback.
You can adapt to changing environments and priorities.
You approach problem-solving with creativity and innovation.
You are self-motivated and take initiative to achieve company goals.
You possess basic leadership skills and can prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
