Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:
- Utilize advanced technical expertise to explore a wide array of engineering solutions.
- Oversee discipline-specific planning, manage work distribution, and ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets on complex engineering projects.
- Assist in marketing efforts, including the generation of proposals.
- Develop comprehensive scopes of work and manage compliance with budgetary constraints.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of the project team's outputs within the technical discipline.
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to team members to meet project objectives.
- Coordinate technical project aspects with client representatives and partners.
- Lead the delivery of engineering solutions on larger, multi-disciplinary projects.
- Facilitate coordination and planning of schedules and work distribution across various disciplines.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, or
- A Master's degree in Engineering with at least 7 years of relevant experience, or
- A PhD in Engineering with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
