Job Summary:

The Systems Administrator will work collaboratively with internal customers and vendors to understand their daily business functions and ensure high-quality support for clinical staff on an ongoing basis. This role will act as the first-line liaison between operational stakeholders and vendors for support and maintenance issues, providing excellent customer service and positive collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop written procedures, programs, and documentation for internal customers and IS team members.
Maintain team ticket queue with proper updates of actions performed and leveraging excellent customer support skills.
Collaborate with operational stakeholders to develop comprehensive technology analysis documents, instruction sheets, network diagrams, and process documentation for IT systems and services.
Serve as technical expert for IT applications on projects and facilitate technical meetings.
Proactively communicate with all levels of staff and management to deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring high availability, acceptable levels of performance of enterprise-critical computer resources, and maintaining patient safety.

Requirements:

Associate's degree from an accredited program required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
2 years of professional experience in IT systems.
Professional technical certification, such as the Microsoft Solutions Associate (MCSA), CompTia Network+, Cisco (CCNA), or similar certification preferred.
Healthcare environment experience and ITIL process experience preferred.
