Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly detail-oriented and customer-focused Front Desk Night Auditor to join our team. As a Night Auditor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's front desk and revenue management systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional guest service, responding promptly and effectively to guest questions and requests.
  • Prepare daily Food & Beverage revenue reports and create and balance PMS reports for revenue and settlement accounts.
  • Make corrections and adjustments via the PMS and handle all computer problems that may occur throughout the shift.
  • Enter revenue, expenses, and allowances into the computer system to generate daily reports.
  • Efficiently conduct check-ins, check-outs, and answer phone calls with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Resolve guest concerns with attentive service recovery.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1 year of experience as a Guest Services Agent.
  • Knowledge of accounting operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and server service fees.
  • Basic mathematical skills to prepare financial reporting.
  • Full understanding and comfort working on a computer with MS Suite-Outlook, Word, Excel.
  • CPR/First Aid Certification.
  • Previous experience with hotel PMS systems a plus.
