About the Role

Citizens Bank Minnesota is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Senior Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Daily Financial Transactions: Accurately and efficiently process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
  • Open New Accounts: Assist customers in opening new accounts, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and accounts are set up correctly.
  • Promote Products: Identify opportunities to promote our products and services to customers, ensuring they are aware of the benefits and features of our offerings.
  • Provide First Call Resolution: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Seek Optimal Solutions: Work with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.

Requirements
