Job Overview

Better Together Behavioral Health Inc is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in El Paso, TX

As a BCBA, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing personalized treatment plans to help our clients achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial and follow-up functional, behavioral and developmental assessments
  • Develop, implement and oversee client's BIPs and Treatment Plan
  • Provide supervision and training to RBTs and other team members
  • Monitor and review client programs to analyze data, measure progress and make necessary changes to the treatment plan

Requirements:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing
  • Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Texas
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
