Blue Rose Consulting Group, Inc. is seeking a compassionate and experienced Behavioral Health Clinician to support our work with a federal client at various locations in Arizona, California, and Texas.

This role is open to US Citizens ONLY.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct mental health evaluations and develop treatment plans for minor children.
  • Facilitate individual, group, and family sessions to help clients work through problems and identify opportunities for progress.
  • Develop strategies to help clients build healthier coping mechanisms and improve their lives.
  • Provide crisis counseling as needed and maintain detailed notes to track client progress.
  • Other duties as assigned in support of the program.
Requirements
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Master's degree or higher in the Behavioral Health Professions (MS/MSW/MA).
  • Candidates with an associate level counseling license are encouraged to apply.
  • Must successfully pass all pertinent and required background checks, drug screens, and child abuse and neglect checks.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and high standards of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Working knowledge of military, state, federal, and local laws, and resources.
  • Ability to understand, apply and maintain professional standards.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software applications including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Highly developed written, oral and presentation communication skills.
  • Bilingual highly preferred – primarily Spanish.
