Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Communicate effectively with customers, dispatchers, and other stakeholders to ensure prompt and professional service.
  • Maintain Company Vehicles and Inventory: Ensure company vehicles are clean and well-maintained, and monitor and organize inventory to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Meet Safety and Quality Standards: Adhere to all safety protocols and quality standards to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience in refrigeration, cooking, or HVAC equipment service (or related military experience).
  • Skills: Strong electrical, electronic, and mechanical skills, as well as excellent customer communication skills.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Certifications: EPA Universal Certification and CFESA certification a plus.
