LinTech Global is seeking a qualified candidate to join our team as a Business Process Optimization Specialist to provide support to our clients. The Business Process Optimization Specialist is tasked with collecting requirements and documenting challenges. They will be responsible for delivering innovative ideas and recommendations, as well as securing consensus for a fundamental redesign of essential business processes to achieve significant enhancements in productivity, cycle times, and quality.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES and SKILLS:
  • Implement process enhancement and reengineering methodologies, along with internet-related principles, to execute process modernization initiatives.
  • Facilitate the transition of existing organizations or project teams in achieving the organization's objectives through improved utilization of internet and other automated processes.
  • Assist in activity and data modeling, the development of contemporary business methods, identification of best practices, and the creation and evaluation of performance metrics.
  • Provide group facilitation, interviewing, training, and various forms of knowledge transfer.
  • May offer daily supervision and guidance to other stakeholders.
  • Share insights and recommendations on new and emerging concepts with Continuous Improvement (CI) team members.
  • Demonstrate eagerness to contribute to a collaborative team environment.
  • Exhibit the ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving context.
  • Experience in a Continuous Improvement environment is advantageous.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • B.A or B.S with a minimum of 7 years specialized experience in a related field.
  • Familiarity with topics such as complex networks, cloud technologies, cross-platform integration, and large-scale, intricate systems design and implementation.
