Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome guests with a warm smile and energetic greeting, ensuring a positive experience from the start.
  • Pay close attention to guests to ensure they understand the menu and order correctly, answering any questions they may have.
  • Monitor orders and offer additional items, such as drinks or fries, to ensure guests don't miss out on anything.
  • Verify orders on the ordering screen before processing payment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Accept and process payment accurately, thanking guests and providing direction on where to pick up their meal.
  • Learn about the menu and answer guests' questions accurately, making recommendations and providing excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing position is preferred, but not necessary.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to smile and interact in a genuinely energetic and warm manner towards guests and co-workers.
  • Ability to communicate in English to guests and respond to their questions.
  • Able to work in a high-energy fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work with an electronic point-of-sale system.
Physical Demands

The Cashier will be required to stand for long periods, walk, and move around the workspace. The ability to lift up to 10 pounds and push/pull up to 12 pounds is also necessary.
