Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and energetic Cashier to join our team at Earl Enterprises. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions accurately, and ensuring a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome guests with a warm and genuine smile, creating a positive first impression.
  • Pay close attention to guests to ensure they understand the menu and order accurately.
  • Monitor orders and offer to add missing items, such as drinks or fries, to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Verify orders on the ordering screen before processing payment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Accept and process payment accurately, thanking guests and providing direction on where to pick up their meal.
  • Learn about the menu and answer guests' questions accurately, making recommendations and providing excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred but not necessary.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to smile and interact in a genuinely energetic and warm manner towards guests and coworkers.
  • Ability to communicate in English to guests and respond to their questions.
  • Able to work in a high-energy fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work with an electronic point-of-sale system.
