Customer Service Representative II - Account Services

Estimated Salary:$90,000 - $120,000 per year

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative II to join our team in North America. As a key member of our account services team, you will be responsible for managing the order book of assigned accounts, including sales orders and bulk orders.

Responsibilities
  1. Order Management: Manage the full order life cycle, including internal coordination with sales, sales planning, demand planning, procurement, compliance, credit, allocations, and warehousing.
  2. Account Management: Serve as a main point of contact and liaison between the account, internal operations team, and sales.
  3. Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot, communicate, and resolve order book issues with accounts.
  4. Analytics and Planning: Analyze order book performance and develop/executed plans to meet customer requirements and sales goals.
  5. Credit and Returns: Work with the credit and return teams to assist customer needs and manage chargeback disputes.
  6. KPIs and Reporting: Present monthly KPIs to customer service management and manage daily EDI uploads.
  7. Mentorship: Act as a mentor for peers.
  8. Representation: Meet and represent the department with sales and accounts, including business travel.
  9. Problem-Solving: Provide proactive solutions, utilizing best judgment to resolve issues.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Associate's Degree: Preferred degree in a relevant field.
  • Customer Service Experience: 5+ years of customer service experience, preferably in retail or athletic footwear/apparel industry.
  • Teamwork and Collaboration: Ability to work and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Advanced Excel Knowledge: Required skillset.
  • Time Management and Prioritization: Ability to utilize successful time management and prioritization skills.
  • Business Processes and JESTA Knowledge: Advanced understanding of business processes and JESTA knowledge.
  • Domestic Travel: Domestic travel may be required.
