About the Job

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Bilingual Medical Professional to join our team at our Plasma Donation Center. As a key member of our medical staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and safety of our donors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough physical examinations and medical histories to determine donor suitability
  • Build strong relationships with donors to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive donor information with discretion
  • Provide education and counseling to donors on general health and wellness, as well as potential hazards
  • Evaluate and manage donor injuries and adverse events
  • Assist in employee training and development
  • Administer employee health programs, including the Hepatitis Vaccine program
Requirements:
  • Bilingual English/Spanish language proficiency
  • Current licensure and certification as a LPN, LVN, or RN in the state of employment
  • CPR/BLS certification
