Key Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed personal sales targets on a bi-weekly basis as set by your store manager
- Represent Victra and Verizon Wireless in a positive manner while providing excellent customer service
- Review daily promotions/plans/devices
- Make outgoing calls and texts daily to drive sales using a variety of platforms
- Attend weekly/monthly training sessions
- Maintain a high level of store appearance through cleaning, merchandising, and organization
- Manage all customer interactions with courtesy and professionalism
- Meet or exceed cleanliness standards as they change
- Other assigned duties
Compensation:
We are proud to offer our Wireless Sales Consultants a national average hourly wage of $24.50 with the opportunity to earn more through unlimited commissions. This translates to over $44,500 per year based on a 35-hour workweek. The maximum estimated average is $58,000 per year based on a 35-hour workweek. The pay will include a base rate of $9.50/hour with potential for unlimited earnings through commissions. You will be guaranteed a minimum of $15/hour during your first 60 days of employment.
Requirements:

- 1-2 years of experience in a retail sales environment preferred
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
Training Requirements:
All Wireless Sales Consultants are required to attend and successfully complete a 4-day New Hire University (NHU) program within 2 weeks of their official start date. This class may include overnight travel at the company's expense. Several online and computer-based training sessions will be required throughout your employment with Victra.
