Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Experience: Minimum 1-2 years or more of similar or related experience
  • Skills: Goal-oriented, service-oriented, problem-solving competence, self-motivated, strong listening skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to a consistently changing environment
Working Conditions

This is a sedentary role that requires frequent talking, sitting, using hands to handle or feel, and reaching with hands or arms. The employee will occasionally stand and walk, climb or balance, and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee will occasionally lift and move up to 20 pounds.

Language Ability

The level of ability required to communicate and understand written and oral language is typical, with the ability to use passive vocabulary of 7,000-9,000 words, read at a fast-paced rate, and define unfamiliar words in dictionaries for meaning, spelling, and pronunciation.
