As an Apparel Customer Service Specialist at the Exchange, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our customers' shopping experiences. Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome every customer with genuine eye contact and a friendly smile.
  • Acknowledge customers promptly upon their arrival in the apparel/accessory section, assuring them of your assistance.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs, asking relevant follow-up questions to recommend suitable items.
  • Ensure an exceptional shopping experience for every customer.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining engaging conversations with customers.

Additional Information

This position is located in the Apparel Department. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, is required. Benefits include vacation/sick leave, medical insurance, 401K, paid parental leave, opportunities for advancement, and professional development training.

Compensation

Salary range: $15.00 - $20.21 per hour.

Major Responsibilities

Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction through outstanding service. Greet customers upon contact, assess their needs, suggest alternatives, and provide resolutions. Maintain a welcoming environment, actively engage with customers, and build trust to deliver a personalized shopping experience. Provide product knowledge through superior sales skills, adhering to merchandise presentation standards. Assist customers with price changes, special orders, and online orders. Promote the benefits of corporate programs to enhance customer loyalty. Operate sales equipment accurately and ensure compliance with safety and security regulations. Perform additional duties as assigned.
