Job Title: Computing Specialist

At Canon Business Process Services, we are seeking a highly skilled Computing Specialist to join our team. As a Computing Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for client computing technologies within our technology portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and maintain a standard computer image on laptops, desktops, and peripheral devices.
  • Manage asset management, including hardware and software inventory, and maintain licensing compliance.
  • Perform automated software distribution tasks to test and push-down updates, patches, and new software installations.
  • Provide technical support for local and remote end-users, including troubleshooting, break-fix, and user education.
  • Manage incidents and correlate into problem resolution as necessary.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in a help desk or technical support role.
  • 3+ years of experience with Windows and Microsoft Office.
  • 4+ years of experience with Microsoft Intune.
  • Ability to relocate to West Valley City, UT 84120 before starting work.
