Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Polysomnographic Technologist to join our team at Duly Health and Care. As a Polysomnographic Technologist, you will play a critical role in the evaluation and treatment of sleep disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments of sleep disorders, including polysomnography, diagnostic, and therapeutic services.
  • Provide professional and courteous patient care, ensuring a positive experience for our patients.
  • Coordinate and deliver technical duties, including equipment preparation and calibration, patient orientation, and data collection.
  • Implement appropriate interventions and follow established protocols to ensure accurate data collection.
  • Assist with scoring sleep/wake stages and clinical events, generating accurate reports, and complying with applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines.
  • Perform routine equipment care and maintenance, inventory evaluations, and other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) by the Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists required OR Certified Polysomnographic Technician (CPSGT) upon hire with RPSGT obtained within 6 months of hire.
  • Successful completion of an accredited polysomnographic program leading to an associate's degree with emphasis on polysomnography.
  • BLS certification required.
  • A minimum of 3 years experience as a Polysomnographic Technician preferred.
  • Knowledge of normal cardiorespiratory, neurological, and sleep physiology.
  • Strong organizational, verbal, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrate significant work ethic through a positive, motivated attitude.
  • Ability to adapt in rapidly changing environment.
  • Ability to understand complex relationships.
  • Good computer skills.
