Regional Facility Maintenance Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Facility Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance and repair of our 11 facilities in Orange County and San Diego. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, providing a safe and healthy environment for our members, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of maintenance technicians to ensure all jobs are performed with excellence and efficiency
  • Conduct regular walk-throughs of the facility to identify repair and service needs, and maintain accurate records
  • Partner with General Managers to discuss club maintenance needs and timelines for repairs
  • Procure repair parts, materials, tools, and equipment as needed
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance, including upkeep of associated logs and history files
  • Interact with members while on the floor to enhance their club experience

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of maintenance experience
  • 1+ year of management experience
  • General knowledge of HVAC and/or electrical equipment
  • Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, analytical problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Reliable transportation and CPR/AED certification
