We're a close-knit team at ThumbPrint, and we're looking for someone to join our crew as a Customer Relations Specialist.

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for assembling and finishing all printed graphics projects for client pickup, delivery, shipping, and installation.

You'll also be in charge of preparing shipping products for final boxing and packaging, assisting in cleaning and prepping vehicles and other substrates for graphics installs, and maintaining and safely operating assembly tools.

Our ideal candidate is someone who is skilled with their hands, able to lift 50 lbs, and can change gears quickly as production needs change.

They should also be able to work well alone and with a team, be eager to learn and expand their knowledge of the graphics industry, and be obsessive about quality.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assemble and finish all printed graphics projects for client pickup, delivery, shipping, and installation.
  • Prepare shipping products for final boxing and packaging.
  • Assist in cleaning and prepping vehicles and other substrates for graphics installs.
  • Maintain and safely operate assembly tools.
  • Clean, organize, and maintain the Production area.
  • Back up other members by answering calls.

**Requirements:**
