  • Collaborate with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure that cost management plans are aligned with project objectives.
  • Prepare and present cost management reports, including cost estimates, forecasts, and variances.
  • Identify and mitigate cost risks, ensuring that projects are delivered within budget.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and other business partners, ensuring that cost management services meet their needs and expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, ensuring that cost management services are delivered in accordance with industry standards.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in cost management, with a strong background in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven leadership skills, with experience in leading teams and managing projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and other business partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate cost risks.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and other related computer software.
