Position Title: Flooring Project Manager

Position Summary: As the Project Manager for the Flooring Division, you will oversee and direct all flooring assignments from inception to completion. Your role will involve close collaboration with clients, project coordinators, and flooring specialists to guarantee that projects are finalized punctually, within financial constraints, and adhere to superior quality benchmarks. Your proficiency in flooring application techniques, materials, and safety regulations will be crucial in guiding and orchestrating our flooring initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage flooring assignments from inception to completion.
  • Work alongside project coordinators to set goals and timelines.
  • Organize flooring installations, upkeep, and repairs.
  • Ensure compliance with quality benchmarks and safety regulations.
  • Supervise resources, including specialists and subcontractors.
  • Track project advancement and resolve any challenges or delays.
  • Promote a safety-first culture and provide training to the workforce.
  • Maintain client relationships and address any issues.
  • Stay informed on industry advancements and methodologies.
Required Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager in the flooring sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of flooring materials and application techniques.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and dedication to quality.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with project management software/tools.
  • Valid driver's license and readiness to travel.
  • Relevant certifications and licenses (e.g., OSHA, flooring installation certifications) are advantageous.
