Beauty Consultant

As a Beauty Consultant at Sephora, you will help clients discover the power of beauty. If you love beauty and enjoy helping others feel confident, this role is perfect for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide personalized beauty consultations to clients
Understand clients' beauty goals and recommend products that help them look and feel their best
Demonstrate product application techniques and skincare routines
Stay current with the latest beauty trends and new products at Sephora
Participate in sales and promotional events
Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and smoothly operating store environment
Requirements:
Prior equivalent work experience, preferably in retail
Passion for client service and beauty
Resilience and the ability to react to situations in the moment
Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours

Hourly Pay:
The actual hourly pay offered depends on various factors, including qualifications for the position and relevant experience. Sephora now offers a Flex (on demand) position for employees who can work anywhere from 0-19 hours a week. This could be a steppingstone into a more permanent position if you are looking for more in the future.
