In this position, you will utilize your general contractor expertise to manage various subcontractors and vendors, ensuring timely project delivery, adherence to budget, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Formulate and implement detailed project plans encompassing budgeting, scheduling, and resource distribution. Supervise all project stages from initiation to completion.
  • Financial Oversight: Administer project budgets, cash flow, and contractual agreements.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies.
  • Project Leadership: Collaborate with consultants, guide stakeholders, and drive project success.
  • Building Systems Expertise: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of building systems and construction methodologies.
  • Incentive Program Compliance: Ensure adherence to incentive program standards, liaise with program personnel, and guarantee timely compensation.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Confirm that all project activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated success in project delivery within construction or energy efficiency sectors.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to manage multiple projects concurrently while meeting deadlines.
  • Proficiency in project management software and financial analysis tools.
  • Thorough knowledge of building systems and construction processes.

Requirements
  • Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
  • Proven history of successful project delivery in construction or energy efficiency.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • In-depth knowledge of building systems and construction processes.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in construction, engineering, business, or a related field.
