Marketing and Operations Director

The Marketing and Operations Director plays a pivotal role in fostering a collaborative relationship with stakeholders to ensure Clay County remains a desirable place to live, work, and play.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives to promote the organization and its mission.
  • Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with industry leaders, stakeholders, and community organizations.
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including website content, social media updates, and promotional items.
  • Organize and execute four annual luncheons/workshop events for 150+ attendees.
  • Manage office operations, including accounting, HR support, and consultant/vendor management.
  • Prepare and manage State grant submissions to expand economic development opportunities in Clay County.
  • Prepare a monthly newsletter for investors and stakeholders.
  • Support the President and Board Chair in governance and decision-making processes.
Requirements:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, virtual meeting platforms, and Adobe Suite.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

This is a highly visible role that requires a high level of integrity, professionalism, and passion for enhancing the quality of life in Clay County.
