The Stratton Group, a prominent independent multi-specialty medical organization, is seeking to expand its team with a dedicated GYN-only physician. This physician-led and patient-focused group is committed to delivering exceptional healthcare services to the community.

Our service area encompasses a diverse range of counties, and we have been a trusted provider in these regions for over 40 years. Due to growth and transitions within our team, we are eager to welcome Board Eligible/Board Certified OBGYN physicians who are passionate about community-based medicine and desire a balanced lifestyle.

• Comprehensive GYN Care: Deliver a full range of gynecological services to patients from adolescence to elderly.
• Work-Life Balance: Enjoy a 4-day workweek with a 3-day weekend when not on call.
• Patient Engagement: Manage an average of 25 patients daily.
• Diverse Patient Population: Work with a varied demographic.
• Advanced In-Office Services: Access robust gynecological services including hysteroscopy, LEEP, colposcopy, and IUD procedures.
• Surgical Opportunities: Participate in major GYN surgeries, including robotics and laparoscopic procedures.
• Supportive Environment: Collaborate with a hospital that features a level III nursery and comprehensive in-house services.
• Teaching Opportunities: Engage with in-house OB residents for educational experiences.
• Modern EMR Systems: Utilize Altera and Epic for efficient patient management.
