We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Cycle Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our revenue cycle team, you will be responsible for the execution and management of the revenue cycle process from beginning to end for our assigned offices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect and review patient insurance information to ensure clean claims submission to insurance carriers.
  • Follow up on dental billing and accounts receivable for all payer types.
  • Process dental insurance EOBs, appeals, denials, and follow up with denial resolutions timely and accurately.
  • Understand insurance EOBs and apply best practices according to internal guidelines.
  • Post payments received from insurance carriers and patients.
  • Utilize various means for collections, including phone, fax, mail, and online methods.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
  • Audit accounts for quality.
Requirements:
  • One year of dental revenue cycle, dental billing, dental operations, or dental clinical skills.
  • Knowledge of Eaglesoft, Open Dental, and/or Dentrix preferred.
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on timely responses.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong organizational abilities; detail-oriented.
  • Skilled at managing multiple tasks with goals and deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
