We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Concrete Restoration Division in downtown Chicago. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects, from initiation to close, and ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities
  • Lead projects from initiation to close, including hiring subcontractors, working with vendors, and tracking inventory of equipment and materials.
  • Develop and implement project management methodologies to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and finance, to ensure alignment and achieve business objectives.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations, permits, and industry standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
  • 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Experience with Concrete Restoration projects and knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
