Job Overview

As a Culinary Specialist at Country Meadows, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality meals for our residents. Compensation starting at $20.00/hour, with potential for higher earnings based on experience.

Work Schedule: 11am-7pm, full-time, with every other weekend off.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, cook, and package meals using various kitchen equipment including broilers and ovens.
  • Complete all necessary prep work efficiently.
  • Consistently adhere to standard recipes, quality standards, and kitchen protocols.
  • Maintain food quality at all times.
  • Keep the work area clean and uphold sanitation standards.
  • Follow cleaning procedures and schedules for all kitchen equipment.
  • Document and maintain food and temperature records accurately.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of one year of culinary or cooking experience.
  • Ability to adapt to the needs of our residents.
  • Willingness to learn food preparation techniques and presentation skills.
  • Strong multi-tasking abilities.
  • Capability to perform the physical tasks required for this role.
  • Proficiency in understanding and speaking English to ensure safe and efficient job performance.
