Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse Navigator to join our team. As a key member of our Cancer Center, you will be responsible for delivering safe patient care, providing warm line support, and navigating clients through our services.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver safe patient care utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Provide direct patient care within the scope of practice.
  • Direct and guide patient/family teaching and activities of other nursing personnel.
  • Provide warm line support and navigation services for clients served by St. Michael's Medical Center.
Qualifications
  • Current and valid state RN License.
  • OCN preferred.
  • Current BLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.
  • Previous Acute Care hospital experience preferred.
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
