As a key member of our team at Citigroup, the Transaction Manager, Corporate Trust Services will be responsible for the day-to-day management and support of structured capital transactions. This includes ABS, CLO, CMBS, and RMBS.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate trust or a comparable field with a minimum of 6 years of experience. They will possess excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex legal documents and manage multiple priorities.

This is an opportunity to work with a diverse set of internal and external stakeholders, including clients, bankers, counsel, lenders, and noteholders. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate sound judgment and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances.

In this role, you will participate in routine client calls and work closely with operations to ensure seamless transaction execution. You will also be responsible for addressing client inquiries, reviewing and overseeing daily transaction activity, and escalating any control issues that arise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day activities related to structured capital transactions
  • Address client inquiries and work with functional partners to resolve special client servicing issues
  • Assist with client lifecycle strategy from acquisition through early client engagement
  • Review and oversee daily transaction activity
  • Evaluate and address control issues and escalate as necessary
Requirements
  • Minimum 6 years of corporate trust or comparable relevant experience
  • Demonstrated experience in deal implementation and management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
