Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Site Engineer to join our team as a Project Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for leading site civil design projects from concept to completion, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results. You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from small-scale site improvements to large-scale infrastructure developments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead site civil design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to deliver high-quality results.
- Develop and implement site civil design solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and designers.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve project delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in site civil design and project management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficient in CAD civil engineering software, such as Bentley Open Roads Designer and/or Autodesk Civil 3D.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
