About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Group Manager, Global Executive Talent Acquisition, to lead our executive recruitment efforts worldwide. This role requires a seasoned expert in global executive recruiting and stakeholder engagement, tasked with driving strategic and confidential talent pursuits to successful completions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guide and support executives throughout the hiring process, ensuring a seamless and effective experience.
  • Effectively communicate with and influence key stakeholders across the organization to align executive hiring with strategic goals.
  • Provide strategic direction in candidate pursuit, utilizing deep market knowledge and recruitment expertise.
  • Build and manage a team of global talent researchers and sourcers dedicated to identifying and attracting executive talent.
  • Execute recruitment of top-tier executive leaders globally, maintaining high standards of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Conduct executive top talent benchmarking and produce intelligence reporting to inform decision-making.
  • Manage search projects with prioritization, ensuring timely progress and adherence to strategic objectives.
  • Develop and leverage executive talent maps to visualize and plan talent engagement strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and reporting requirements related to executive recruitment.
Requirements
  • Must be a high school graduate
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Master's degree a plus
  • Ten or more years of experience in executive-level Talent Acquisition, with a proven track record of success
  • Three or more years of supervisory experience is preferred
  • Domain experience in Automotive, Industrial Robotics, Semiconductor, Aeronautical, or Big Tech industries is highly desirable
