- Minimum of 7 years' experience resolving complex employee relations issues and progressive HR experience within a manufacturing environment
- Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state employment laws
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook, with ability to work with spreadsheets and data to ensure accuracy and integrity
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
- Professional in Human Resources (PHR) designation
