Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives
  • Provide expert HR advice and guidance to employees and managers on various HR-related matters
  • Develop and implement programs to enhance employee engagement, retention, and development
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions
  • Partner with corporate centers of excellence to drive organizational initiatives and improve HR processes
  • Manage and develop plant apprenticeship programs to support workforce development
  • Provide administrative support for HR performance management systems
  • Participate in and lead specific projects as assigned by the VP of Global Human Resources
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of skill development and work experience
  • Minimum of 7 years' experience resolving complex employee relations issues and progressive HR experience within a manufacturing environment
  • Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state employment laws
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook, with ability to work with spreadsheets and data to ensure accuracy and integrity
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR) designation
