Plant Operations Manager

At Niagara Bottling, we're committed to delivering exceptional quality and value to our customers. To achieve this goal, we're seeking a highly skilled Plant HR Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Our ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and administering policies related to all phases of human resources activity. This includes ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and reporting. The successful candidate will also participate in safety committees, conduct facility walk-throughs to identify safety issues, and work with management and senior HR to resolve employee relations issues.
Essential Functions:
- Ensure policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance.
- Participate in safety committees and conduct facility walk-throughs to identify safety issues.
- Work with management and senior HR to resolve employee relations issues.
- Administer the performance review program to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within the organization.
- Ensure the plant is FLSA compliant.
- Assist management in union avoidance activities.
- Conduct training when requested.
- Enter new hire paperwork and status changes into the HRIS system.
- Initial review and submission of payroll.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Qualifications: 6 years of experience in a field or similar manufacturing environment, 4 years of experience managing people/projects.
- Preferred Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in a field or similar manufacturing environment, 6 years of experience managing people/projects.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or other related field. Preferred: Master's Degree in Business Administration or other related field.
Foreign Language Requirements:
Native or Bilingual Proficiency is preferred.
Bonus Target: 15% Annual
