Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Operations Manager to join our team. As a Senior Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading a dynamic team of professionals and empowering them to develop their careers while driving business growth and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Oversee work analysis, vehicle planning, and scheduling, as well as productivity tracking and optimization.
  • Labor Management: Provide leadership, training, and development to a management team, including Operations Managers, Technicians-In-Charge, and Customer Service Coordinators.
  • Customer Management: Directly responsible for customer relationship management, issue resolutions, customer satisfaction, and retention.
  • Financial Management: Develop budgetary forecasts and implement cost control measures to meet short and long-term financial goals.
  • Asset Management: Directs the management team to maintain the appearance and maintenance of assigned locations, including sustaining 6S standards.
  • Quality Management: Involved in strategic quality planning, developing corrective action and countermeasures to operational quality issues.
Requirements
  • Four (4) years or more experience in an operations environment or demonstrated success in a Ryder role.
  • Three (3) years or more supervisory experience.
  • Exposure to working with strategic labor, financial, operating, quality, safety, and asset processes as well as related metrics.
